Last year I won 6 fat quarters of Anna Maria Horner’s Field Study from Meghann at Four Wild Blueberries. They arrived last week with a couple of bonus fat quarters and for once they didn’t sit around waiting. You see, over 2 months ago, Rebecca Making Rebecca Lynne sent me a copy of her Hooded Infinity Scarf Pattern and it has sat languishing in my emails. Until now.
I sat down this afternoon and whipped it up in about half an hour. Seriously! Once I got my head around the spatial awareness of making it an infinity scarf, it was super quick. And I can’t wait to make more!
This is the Hood version (medium size) and I’m thinking I need at least another one in this size, maybe in Honey Honey when it comes this month. And then maybe the Skinny in Sakura Park for springtime and the cherry blossoms!
Field Study is available from Intrepid Thread, and Hawthorne Threads sells it in cotton, velveteen, voile and rayon challis!

OOOH! This looks delicious. I purchased some fabric on clearance a couple of weeks ago, and my intention is to turn it into an infinity scarf, but I haven’t found the time! I’m glad to hear this one sews up quickly! 🙂

I’m probably old fashioned but these just look like fabrics around neck. The only good thing is you can turn it into something else, lol. Sorry. Lovely fabrics though.
