Happy Tuesday, folks! With two bouts of germs just about behind me, I’m tackling a large mountain of deadlines over the next couple of weeks, and it feels GREAT to finally be productive again! But there’s not much to show you right now, but I can show you the latest issue of Make Modern as that’s related to two of my deadlines. In this month’s issue, you’ll find me talking about the maths of filling in the negative space in the centre of quilt blocks, you’ll also find the next installment of the Aurora starry sampler, and my Dear Diary from QuiltCon! At only $6.95 per issue, and loads of articles to read alongside plenty of quilty eye candy, you can’t beat it!
Katie made this Sew Together bag… and let’s just say you’ll be hearing a bit more about it later this week!
This table runner by Karen caught my eye!
And some keen eyes noticed that I’d titled last week’s linky ‘Green’ but despite my complete forgetting to mention the first-of-the-month theme, still linked up green! Thanks Tiffany, this green pillow sure fits the bill.
Now it’s time to share with us your latest projects – stitching, sewing, finished or progress – and don’t forget you can link directly to an Instagram pic instead if you like. You can use #sewcutetuesday and @blossomheartquilts to help us all find you over there too.

The colors on that runner really pop! It has such a lovely summer vibe, and you can’t go wrong with scrappy binding. 🙂

One of these days, I’ll finally get around to making a sew together bag. This one is another great reason for starting…

Aw. Thanks for sharing my pillow! And that magazine looks awesome. I see a lot of great things just on the cover!
