Here we can see a half yard of Bella Turqoise awaiting to be cut into 2.5″ strips, 18 assorted squares sewn together ready to be cut into 4 HSTs each, and 32 already cut HSTs ready to be trimmed to 3.5″ for In Color Order’s HST BOM.
And I have this pile of Say Cheese! Polaroid blocks to post off to Kirsty once I get my butt into gear and get her address! And one butchered block that didn’t survive clipping the chain-pieced strips apart. Oops! I’m thinking a zippered pouch. Of course.
Linking up to Freshly Pieced!

I like the cut-while-watching-tv plan! Very organised!
I am so glad to see I’m not the only one who snips things accidentally when trimming chain piecing!

Loooove this idea/method you’ve got. Very smart and I’ve been prepping my work so I can do cutting and trimming when my Ben is home so I can talk to him and save the sewing stuff for when he’s gone. Brilliant!
