I’ve been busy working on my Sweet Treats Blog Hop project – and by the way, I started the Aurifil yesterday… Heavenly! Not a single tension problem and my machine was purring like a kitten. Or at least just quietly doing it’s thing. So I don’t have any big finishes, but I do have this zippy little thing I whipped up. Literally as there’s no lining for once!
My current handbag doesn’t have an inner zipper pocket as it has two outer ones instead. But I still need a little discreet zippered pocket, ifyouknowwhatImean. So this orphaned and maimed from a run in with the rotary cutter polaroid block got some scrappy framing and backing and a zip, and voila! A little something something for my bag.
I had a little trouble with a pinched corner on the zip for the first time in a while, but it’ll do! No one else is going to be seeing it… well, other than all of you!

The pouch looks great! I have never tried those little tabs over zippers but one day I’d like to. I’ve had some zippers turn out great and others just okay, but I’m like you, if it’s just for me it’s fine!
