First Lessons
I love learning online and visually. I followed all 4 parts, watching and re-watching each stage.
Pinning, Piecing and Pressing
I never used to iron anything! Quilting requires a LOT of ironing.
I was out by about 5/8″ here. Lots of unpicking was done. |
Family First
This photo tells an incredible escape story for one Tasmanian family. Read about it here. |
In fact I have learned that it is hard to make any money from quilting. I gave up my dreams of having a small business and since then I have enjoyed it more.
I have found that it is much better to give than to receive anyway.
Thank you Alyce for allowing me to share ‘My First Quilt’.

Such a sweet first quilt Fiona! It’s amazing how much you learn in such a short amount of time from the first attempt at quilting!
