Yesterday as I was sitting sewing up some quilt scraps that were included in some scrap bundles I bought off Instagram, I was thinking about how I have a few blocks and such that are just sitting in my cupboard, and have been for at least a year. I was thinking about how I could pass them on to someone who might want them. And then I was reading through some blogs last night and I came across this post at Quokka Quilts. A linky to get rid of UFOs that you’ll never finish will open on August 24th for a week.
And finally, my beautiful friend Lisa from Life As We Know It is hosting a new linky each Monday entitled ‘Moodboard Monday’. Lisa is the one who I will be teaching to quilt virtually – we started with choosing fabrics for older boys. Each week will have a different theme (announced the week before) that you then create a moodboard, with the appropriate links, and link it up! The first theme is ‘floral’ and the linky will open next Monday. Not all themes will necessarily be fitting for fabric and quilting, but I’ll be playing along here and there to have a bit of fun!

Yay! Hey, have I screwed up the code for Lucy’s button? It’s showing up as broken. BTW, what comment/spam thingy are you using?
