When THIS happens*, you know it’s time to take a break from the machine and do something else for a change.
Like pull fabric for a new quilt bee for the year. And wonder why my iPhone camera doesn’t like photographing fabric every now and then despite angling the phone/fabric/light different ways to fix it (see the lines on the purple?!).
And window shop at the Fat Quarter Shop, trying to justify buying backings and solids… The cart is still sitting there.
Or start thinking about a Valentines Day project or two. Talking of which, all red and pink fabrics in my store are on sale until V-Day, or until stocks run out! No coupon needed.
*It’s ok, everything seems to still be working!

I almost bought at FQS because of the shipping sale but managed not to. In the end I realised I was just buying for the sake buying … :/ I still want what I picked out but I think they’d work better as fillers for those times you need to pad out an order you actually want!!

lovely fabric pull ๐ and yes the shipping price reduction is a huge temptation! I will not look!!

My needle totally came out in the middle of a paper piece seam. I was scared for a minute that it had done what yours did. Luckily I just tightened it all back up and away I went ๐ I have a great time filling baskets at online shops. I’m not checking out but it’s still fun!

To help you with your Fat Quartershop order, google for a 20% off coupon. I did that last night. Savings on top of free shipping for me! I ordered Michael Millers Spring solids set. =)
