There’s something about the Fabric Fast that has really focused my attention on making lists and ticking them off, slowly working on all my sewing tasks. Last month I got everything done except for my Wombat Stew block… oops! Thankfully Fiona is very forgiving, as are all the girls.
This month, besides bee blocks, I need to get a second lot of Japanese preschool bags finished. This set includes an apron, a cooking hat, and a face mask! Nothing like a bit of a challenge to kick the procrastination into gear…
The second thing on my list that must be done this month is my Lala Salama quilt. They’re due in April, so I need to get this finished and in the mail by the end of February to make sure it arrives in Kenya on time!

Keeping strong on my fabric fast. Saw something on Etsy yesterday (Heather Ross Far and away and the Princess on the mattress for big bucks $80 a yard). Something I have been looking for a long time. Took every bit of will power in my body, but the crazy price helped. I am strong and resisted. :-)))

Lovely colours in those fabrics. Glad I didn’t decide to do fabric fast. Failed dismally (hope your sis got you some more PL. Got a core kit today for $24 with a 40% off coupon)
