Happy New Quilty Year!

Happy New Year! I am one of those people for whom the New Year really does feel like a fresh start – that change of the calendar, the turn of the new planner page… it’s definitely a mental restart for me. I’m excited about everything I have planned for this year and everything I hope to do this year. I’m a little sad that this is our final full year here in Japan – we have to reapply for our visa next month for a year’s extension and we’ll be moving back to Australia mid-2016.

Which reminds me… You’ve got until Sunday, January 4th to sign up for this year’s Japanese Colour Club. First invoices are sent on Monday to all those lucky people who have subscribed. This is the last year I will be running this club, so if you want a monthly bundle of six Japanese blender fabrics, you’d better go sign up quick! You can sign up for a fat quarter bundle or a fat eighth bundle – there’s a small subscription fee to get you into the system and set up.
