I’m excited to announce my newest sponsor – Fort Worth Fabric Studio! I’ve followed these guys online for a long time, with their beautiful Instagram – @fwfabricstudio– and a blog full of great tutorials, so I know that they really do care about the quilting community beyond the bolts on their shelves. That’s really important to me!
Their range of fabric is quite impressive. From Ella Blue to American Brand Solids to Lecien, they carry fabrics from quite literally around the world!
Jodie and the gang also sell a range of books, patterns and notions too, including a range of interfacing, bag hardware and my favourite pen for marking fabric – the Sewline air erasable fabric pen!
When I’m looking at a new fabric store online, I always have a look to see how user-friendly it is. How can you browse the fabric – colour, manufacturer, etc? Well, Fort Worth Fabric Studio has a very impressive colour picker right on the front page! I love that!
And as is always a consideration for those of us overseas, their international shipping has a range of tiered options to suit your orders of all sizes! PLUS! When you’re checking out your cart of goodies, there’s an option to click to be emailed to let international buyers know if there’s space in the envelope so that you can really make use of that postage! How awesome is that?!
To keep up to date with all their news and sales, you can also follow them on Facebook or subscribe to their newsletter.
Giveaway Closed – winner is Jacklynn Grimm!
Today, Jodie is offering one lucky reader a $50 gift certificate to Fort Worth Fabric Studio! To be in the running, just leave a comment sharing your preferred way for navigating fabric websites to find the fabric you want – colour, manufacturer, designer, fabric line?
Giveaway open internationally. Closes at 8am (JST) Friday 13th March, winner chosen randomly and contacted via email.

The more search options, the better since my design process varies quite a lot. There’s one thing I miss on pretty much all US sites and that’s keywords for the pattern.
