I am in the glorious midst of spending time with family, which has included successfully teaching my nearly-2yo nephew to say my name – “Eess!” – and a trip to Disneyland yesterday where I took this picture of the quilt-spirational It’s A Small World ride.
Why am I sharing this with you? Because if you’re participating in the #myDIYblockdesign challenge on Instagram, you can link up your inspiration pics you’ve shared on Instagram! The linky allows you to choose photos from your Instagram feed, so you are very welcome to share those pics here too. And if you have no idea what I’m talking about, then be sure to check out Sunday’s post for all the info and prizes!
I also want to share this exclusive sale from Craftsy just for you guys – Blossom Heart Quilts readers. They emailed me and asked if I’d like to choose a class to offer at 50% for my readers, and I chose Elizabeth Dackson’s ‘Start Foundation Paper Piecing‘. I did this class earlier this year, and was really impressed at how suitable it is for beginners and for those who want a bit more support with their sewing. I’ve recommended it before, so it was a no-brainer to be able to also now offer it to you at half price! Click this link to get the class on sale now!
Ok guys, time to link up one of your posts from this week! It could be a finished quilt, or your latest quilting bee blocks, or a cushion, or anything else quilty related. And did you know you can link directly to an Instagram pic too?! So if you want to link from there, you can do that too – link up as normal, and use #sewcutetuesday and @blossomheartquilts on IG to help us find you from there too.

You can never go wrong with Disney, although I’ve only been to world…never “land” so I’ll have to remedy that sometime. Have a fantastic time!!!
